Jeremy McNally is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, media innovator, and humanitarian leader, best known as the Co-Founder and CEO of Wealth Strategy Media, where he helps transform local brands into national powerhouses, turns dreamers into award-winning creators, and connects changemakers with some of Hollywood’s biggest stages.
At Wealth Strategy Media, Jeremy leverages his expertise in media, strategy, and storytelling to craft campaigns that deliver measurable impact and amplify meaningful initiatives. Through executive production of projects like Teen-X TV, he uses media to tell compelling stories that inspire, educate, and empower audiences.
Jeremy is also the Founder & President of McNally Software, a technology and consulting firm focused on helping organizations scale efficiently, solve complex problems, and implement innovative solutions.
A dedicated humanitarian, Jeremy co-founded Relief Alliance, a nonprofit organization providing emergency resources, rehabilitation, youth empowerment, life skills training, and transformational opportunities. Together with his son Aiden, he has built programs that kickstart futures for countless individuals.
Jeremy’s leadership and service have earned him numerous honors, including the Congressional Award, an Honorary Doctorate in Business, and recognition as Parent of the Year on National Parents Day (July 26, 2025, Pasadena, CA) by the Universal Peace Federation, affiliated with the United Nations. He has also been appointed as a Peace Ambassador by the Universal Peace Federation.

Aiden McNally is a teenage entrepreneur, media innovator, and humanitarian, best known as President and Co-Founder of Wealth Strategy Media, where he helps shape creative storytelling campaigns that connect brands, media, and social impact. Through projects like Teen-X TV, Aiden empowers teens to interview celebrities, produce youth-led content, and learn real-world media and leadership skills.
Raised by his father, Jeremy McNally, Aiden grew up immersed in service, compassion, and social responsibility. At just 16, he co-founded Relief Alliance, a nonprofit recognized nationwide for providing emergency resources, youth development programs, and transformational opportunities to struggling families. Today, he leads Relief Alliance’s Youth Development Program, inspiring teens to build life skills, find their voice, and shape their futures with confidence and purpose.
Aiden’s humanitarian work has earned him a Congressional Award for community service and the Teen-Xcellence Award for leadership and positive influence. Alongside his father, he serves as a Peace Ambassador with the Universal Peace Federation, affiliated with the United Nations. From a young age, he helped feed the homeless, restore landmarks, and support families in need.
In addition to his nonprofit and media work, Aiden serves as Marketing Director for McNally Software, developing creative outreach strategies that blend technology, storytelling, and community impact. He also directs EzWay’s Florida Division, continuing to bridge youth empowerment with innovation.
Aiden’s courage, vision, and dedication are transforming lives and redefining leadership for the next generation, proving that age is no barrier to making a lasting impact.
Through our partnership with Relief Alliance, we’ve helped elevate a small-town nonprofit into a national movement of hope and impact. Founded by our own Peace Ambassador, Honorary Doctorate, and congressional award recipient leaders, Relief Alliance provides emergency assistance, long-term rehabilitation, and youth empowerment programs across the country.
