Welcome to Wealth Strategy Media (“WSM”). By accessing or using our website, services, events, media platforms, and related offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you and WSM.

  1. Scope of Services

WSM provides media, branding, publicity, event access, award facilitation, design services, and related consulting services. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Media production and distribution across domestic and international networks
  • Brand development, publicity, and campaign strategy
  • Event participation including red-carpet access, stage opportunities, and interviews
  • Digital and print design, including flyers, logos, websites, pitch decks, and related content
  • Celebrity and influencer networking opportunities
  • Partnership and sponsorship facilitation

Outcomes are not guaranteed, as success depends on numerous factors outside the control of WSM.

  1. Eligibility

By engaging with WSM, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have the express consent of a parent or guardian
  • Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Will provide accurate and lawful information in all interactions with WSM
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when requested
  • Supply necessary documents, files, and content in a timely manner
  • Ensure that any submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
  • Conduct themselves professionally in all WSM-facilitated events and media engagements

WSM reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of misrepresentation, unlawful activity, reputational risk, or breach of these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All original content created by WSM, including but not limited to videos, designs, campaign materials, and branding collateral, remains the sole intellectual property of WSM unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
  • Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing content submitted to WSM, but grant WSM a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such content for purposes of delivering agreed services, promotions, and portfolio demonstration.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of WSM materials is strictly prohibited.
  1. Payment and Fees
  • All fees and charges must be paid as agreed in service agreements or invoices.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.
  • WSM may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
  1. Event Access and Media Opportunities
  • WSM facilitates access to events, stages, and media opportunities but does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or final decision-making from third-party organizers, networks, or distributors.
  • Event schedules, celebrity appearances, and media broadcasts are subject to change and outside WSM’s control.
  1. Third-Party Relationships
  • WSM collaborates with partners including Relief Alliance, EzWay TV, Universal Peace Federation, Venokur Entertainment, and others.
  • References to partners, affiliates, or networks do not imply shared liability, joint venture, or guarantee of service outcomes.
  • Clients agree that third-party interactions facilitated by WSM are undertaken at their own risk.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WSM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from its services.
  • WSM does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free services, nor outcomes such as awards, media placements, or celebrity partnerships.
  • Client’s exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with WSM’s services shall be limited to discontinuing use of such services.
  1. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WSM, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Client-provided content or information
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of services or intellectual property
  1. Privacy Policy

WSM collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable law. Information may be shared with partners or affiliates only for purposes related to service delivery. WSM does not sell personal information to third parties.

  1. Confidentiality

WSM may be entrusted with sensitive information. All non-public information shared by clients will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the client.

  1. Termination

WSM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion if a client:

  • Breaches these Terms
  • Engages in unlawful, unethical, or harmful conduct
  • Fails to make required payments

Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

  1. Amendments

WSM may update these Terms at any time, with notice provided through our website or direct communication. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written service agreements or invoices, constitute the entire agreement between you and WSM. Any prior understandings, proposals, or representations not contained herein are superseded.
